Starting August 3rd Support office hours will be abbreviated meaning replies will take longer than usual unless it’s an emergency (please read what counts as an Emergency here). Office hours will return back to normal on September 3rd when I am officially back at work.
This doesn’t affect regular maintenance and it doesn’t affect any small jobs my developers do (Platinum or Diamond plans only).
August 3rd through 5th I will be in Alabama, no time change.
August 7th through 19th I will be in Poland GMT+2 (6 hours forward from New York time)
August 20th through 29th I will be in UK GMT+1 (5 hours forward from New York time)
